All orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same day (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

We offer free shipping in Australia, the UK, and most European countries. If you reside outside of the US and Canada, visit your local store here: AU / EU / UK

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outlying islands. If you reside in a region we don’t cover with free shipping and are interested in placing an order, please send an email to hello@baseblocks.fit for a shipping quote.

We have a warehouse in Victoria and offer free shipping Australia-wide. You can place an order here: www.baseblocks.com.au

We have secured a warehouse in Brampton and now offer free shipping for all Canadian orders. That also means no customs duties or taxes (Yay!).

Shipping normally takes 2-5 days. We have warehouses in California, Illinois, Arizona, Dallas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Brampton. Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address (subject to stock availability).

US orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible. If a shipping label has already been created, we will be unable to amend your address - you will need to contact the carrier directly.

  • No tracking updates for 5+ days at any stage of your delivery
  • Package was marked as delivered but didn’t arrive. Please allow 24-hours for your order to arrive after your tracking number indicates your package has been delivered.
